Experience: 3+ Years in Mobile Development (2+ Years in Flutter)

Ghum Nepal Innovation is seeking a talented Mid-level Flutter Developer to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile development with at least 2 years of experience in Flutter.
• Demonstrable app work on the Play Store and App Store with applications developed in Flutter.
• State Management: Proficiency in Bloc state management on Flutter.
• UI/UX: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards and principles.

Backend Integration:

• Strong knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with Socket.io implementation in Flutter.

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of deep linking and routing practices in Flutter.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate using tools like Slack.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent course (BE from IOE or KU is preferred ).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying high-quality mobile applications.
• Ability to manage and deploy applications in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
