About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate Flutter Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development. This is a critical role for one of our large-scale projects, and we’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also confident in leading and mentoring a Flutter team.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of Flutter app development for a large-scale, dynamic project
• Lead, guide, and mentor team members in mobile development best practices
• Work closely with the back-end and design teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in mobile app development and implement them when needed
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter & Dart
• Deep understanding of core mobile development principles (State Management, REST APIs, Offline Storage, Animations, etc.)
• Experience working in agile environments
• Ability to collaborate with back-end engineers and understand basic back-end architecture
• Up-to-date with trends in UI/UX and mobile technologies

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend-as-a-service tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing
• Basic knowledge of back-end systems or APIs (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Flask)
