About the job

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Office Trainer to deliver advanced-level training to employees of a leading corporate organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office applications, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for empowering professionals with practical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on advanced features of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Develop and customize training materials and resources tailored to corporate needs.
Provide hands-on guidance, tips, and best practices for maximizing productivity with Microsoft Office tools.
Assess participants' skill levels and adapt training methods accordingly.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Microsoft Office Trainer or related role.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA), PowerPoint (professional presentations), Outlook, and Teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in delivering corporate training is highly preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist, MOS Expert) are a plus.
