• Prepare samples and perform microbiological analysis of ingredients, intermediate or finished products
• Methods and duties include microscopy, pour and spread plate, membrane filtration, media preparation, spore crop and inoculum preparation, and microorganism culture maintenance
• Hands-on experience in Micro lab & documentation. Design and conduct shelf-life determination studies
• Micro Testing of Incoming Raw Materials. Micro testing for water & Finished Food Product
• Operation and Calibration of equipment such as Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow, and pH meter, Water Bath, Incubators etc.
• Maintain Documents as per Quality Management System and FSSC 22000 requirements
• Fully aware of plating procedures for the enumeration of TPC, Yeast & Mould, coliforms, E.coli, etc.
• Storage of samples to maintain the integrity. Disposing of old samples
• Personal Validation in Critical Areas, Validation of Double Door and Vertical Autoclave
