  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, with hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns with a proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and CPA results.
  • Proven experience working across Search, Programmatic, Display, and other paid media types.
  • Deep knowledge of auction dynamics, bid adjustments, keyword match types, search query mining techniques, and custom audiences.
  • Strong ability to develop media strategies based on client goals and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools for data-driven campaign optimization and the ability to create actionable insights.
  • Confident in reporting results to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining complex data and campaign performance in simple, actionable terms.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend improvements based on campaign performance, focusing on commercial goals like incremental sales growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong command of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the ability to conduct A/B tests and landing page optimization.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or any relevant performance marketing certifications are a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed media plans and manage the buying of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other social advertising platforms.
  • Build and execute highly targeted Search, Programmatic, and Display campaigns.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign structures, budgets, and ad placements based on client goals.
  • Handle day-to-day management, monitoring, and continuous optimization of paid media campaigns to improve key performance indicators across campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Use analytics tools to generate detailed reports that analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign learnings, feeding into overarching media planning and strategy.
  • Support clients and internal teams by staying informed of the latest trends and developments in paid media and analytics and sharing these insights with the wider team to improve media performance.
