Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer at Shrestha Ventures located in Kathmandu. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensure the responsiveness of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging code, and continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like Redux, Vue.js, or Angular
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant certifications and additional qualifications are a plus.
