Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mental Health Project Coordinator at Happy Minds in Kathmandu. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for

• Manage communication for the Managing Director and Project Manager.
• Handle social media and EAP management for content planning and creation.
• Handle social media enquiry assisting communication manager with general enquiries.
• Conduct sales outreach for corporate mental health services.
• Manage PR relations for the Managing Director and the company.
• Bridge communication between team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients.

Requirement:

• Candidates must have completed Bachelors in Psychology/PGD
• Experience in providing basic psychosocial counseling support
• Experience in overall project management, including stakeholder engagement, counseling documents, need assessment, and more will be given priority
• Candidates with Management and Sales experience will be given priority
• Applicants with own vehicle will be given priority
