Position Summary

As a Medical Officer at Midas Health Services, you will provide remote medical services to patients via virtual communication channels. You will handle common illnesses and chronic health conditions, manage patient interactions, and ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Your role also includes maintaining patient records, offering health advice, and assisting in managing chronic conditions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Ask situation-specific questions to accurately diagnose conditions.
• Formulate suitable treatment plans for non-threatening conditions.
• Prescribe diagnostic tests for accurate diagnosis and analyze results.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, providing proper dosage and administration instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress.
• Offer dietary and exercise advice for overall health improvement.
• Assist patients in managing chronic health conditions.
• Verify and assist in the preparation and management of medical documents.

Job Specifications

Education:

• MBBS
• License to practice medicine in Nepal, with a willingness to obtain additional medical licenses as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in consulting with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
