Job Description

Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood tests, urinalysis, and microbiological cultures, following established protocols.
Prepare and analyze samples, record and interpret results, and maintain accurate documentation of all tests performed.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure accurate and timely test results.
Assist with inventory management, ordering and stocking of supplies, and maintaining laboratory records.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and precision of test results.
Stay updated on new laboratory techniques and technologies, and participate in continuing education to maintain professional competency.
