  • Must be a Graduate from PCL Nursing, B.Sc Nursing , Diploma in Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy or any medical background graduation with strong English Speaking Skills
  • Knowledge about customer care
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel.
  • Good Email Writing Skills and chat etiquette
  • Good with Communication Skill

Eligible Criteria:

  • Total 1-3 years, mandatory 6 months
  • Willing to stretch per business requirements


Job Description

  • Must have an excellent understanding of medical terminology.
  • Good communication skills with foreign client mostly from US/CANADA
  • This role requires adequate end to end knowledge of customer services process.
  • Good Basic computer knowledge.
  • Can Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Experience and understanding of customer service Etiquette.
  • Handling Voice based calls for Voice agent and back-end data supplementation.
  • Adherence to Process/Business policies and Procedures.
  • Reports and communicate with Client directly.

Selection Process:

  • Written Test
  • Interview
  • Typing Test above the average.
  • Technical round Interview.
  • Telephone Etiquette and Good Grammar and communication skills.

Work Day: Monday to Friday (Fixed & Rotational)

Duty Hours: 9 hours a day with 1 hour Break

Training

  • We will provide training, guidelines, scripts, chart and any other needful document. This is paid training.

Salary offered, Benefits and more:  

  • Gross salary of NRs. 25K to 30k Per month
