Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Mechanical / Electrical Engineer to join our team for a high-rise building project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP works while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing (MEP) works
Reading and interpreting drawings, including MEP drawings and as-built drawings
Site coordination with MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards
Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical systems
Handling Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR)
Ensuring safety compliance and implementation of QA/QC procedures
Preparing project documentation and reports
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related project documentation tools

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Experience in projects such as 5-star hotels, residential towers, hospitals, villas, or similar developments is preferred
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
