Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Matron Nurse to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing the nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure that patient care is delivered in a compassionate, safe, and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with clinic regulations and standards
  • Oversee the maintenance of patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other clinic professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and maintain inventory of nursing supplies and equipment
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in nursing and healthcare
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
