The Mathematics Head at Manaslu School is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Mathematics department. This role involves overseeing the curriculum, guiding teachers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mathematics education to students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review the mathematics curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to mathematics teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive departmental environment.
• Conduct regular classroom observations to evaluate teaching methods, assess teacher performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor and analyze student performance in mathematics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing intervention strategies as needed.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently within the mathematics department, including textbooks, teaching aids, and technology.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress in mathematics, addressing concerns and providing updates.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field; a teaching qualification is desirable.
• Several years of teaching experience in mathematics.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices in mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command over English & Nepali Language.
