Rashova is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive sales in the luxury jewelry segment. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Gather data on consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, ad campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Craft compelling content, including blogs, captions, and ad scripts, aligning with Rashova’s values of bold creativity, heritage, and prestige.
Analyze performance metrics for campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and gemologists to create high-quality marketing materials.
Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to increase brand visibility.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to keep Rashova’s marketing innovative and relevant and adapt in dealing with retail and wholesale.
