Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Handler who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand building. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Design engaging graphics, promotional materials, and social media posts using Canva and other tools.
Edit short videos and reels using CapCut and similar editing software.
Plan, set up, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaigns.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media and ad campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic designing.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and basic graphic editing tools.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and brand development.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools.
Basic video editing and animation skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content writing.
Experience with additional design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
