Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content for our digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging fashion-focused content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Create photo, video, and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) showcasing clothing collections.
Write captions, campaign copy, and storytelling content aligned with the brand voice.
Assist in concept development for photoshoots, lookbooks, and campaign visuals.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage and schedule posts on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Monitor fashion trends and social media trends to create timely content.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interaction.
Track social media performance and optimize content based on insights.

Brand Storytelling:

Communicate the brand identity, aesthetics, and values of House of Neba.
Develop narratives around collections, designs, and craftsmanship.
Ensure consistent visual and messaging style across all platforms.

Campaign Support:

Support seasonal launches, product drops, and fashion campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, models, and stylists during content production.
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Creative Production:

Plan and execute fashion content shoots (studio or lifestyle).
Edit videos, reels, and photos for social media.
Maintain an organized library of brand visuals and marketing assets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Required Skills:

Strong fashion sense and understanding of fashion marketing.
Skills in content creation (photography, video, or editing).
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut. Lightroom
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of Instagram growth, hashtags, and social media algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fashion marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
Background in fashion, marketing, media, or communications.
Portfolio showcasing social media or fashion content work.

Personal Attributes:

Creative and trend-aware.
Strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
