Job Description

  • Create and develop new clients and strengthen existing clients.
  • Analyze performance, market conditions and competitors strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
  • Drive initiatives and sales targets.
  • Generate leads and ability to boost up sales of the product.
  • Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects / Sr. Architects, Interior Designers about company’s product - product line, complete hardware, features, USPs etc.
  • Participate in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns and product training programs and related events.
  • Plan and help in executing the periodic area/territory wise potential site scanning.
  • Candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the prominence and presence of the brand.
  • Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly / quarterly / annual sales target.
  • Contribute in preparing the Monthly Sales Forecast and Annual Business Plan (ABP).
