Job Specification

• Education Level: (+2) in Management or Economics 
  
• Skill: Negotiation skill, Financial Software, Ms-Office
  

Experience Required:

• More than or equals to 1 year work experience   in cooperative/ Finance sector
  

Other Specification:

• Person having 1  year of work experience in  related field
  
• Should have good knowledge in MS office package ,Financial software and English- Nepali typing
  
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure
  
• Should have good local public relation
  
• Dynamic Personality with strong communication skills
  

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

• Expand the number of members and transactions in the designated area
  
• Monitor the designated area
  
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and updates from individual members
  
• Conduct market research to expand the growth
  
• Consistently achieve monthly  target and generate new business.
  
• Attend meetings, training, seminars and other events 
  
• Any other departmental tasks assigned by the Manager/ CEO.
  
• KYM , passbook update Time to time
  
• Help in marketing campaigns
  
• support  to Teller and operation
  
• Be proactive in finding more efficient ways of working through use of new tools or procedures
