Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Marketing and PR officer at Nepal Senior care is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. The candidate should Oversee the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the healthcare sector, fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Create effective plans to promote products,boost the brand and customize campaigns for targeted audiences.
Work with other teams and departments to align strategies for maximum impact.
Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
Use online tools to grow your brand, engage customer and measure campaign success.
Identify major client groups and audiences, determine the best way to communicate publicity information to develop and implement a communication plan.
Manage, organize special events and collaboration to generate the attention of potential groups & awareness without direct advertising.
Strategy development & planning of Campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic(both offline & online)
Implementation of the Marketing Campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
Develop relationships with different Hospitals, Health Care institutions , Polyclinics & Pharmacies in promoting the services of the organization and create an environment for smooth customer engagement.
Built relationships with doctors, HOD, Matrons in nurturing and fostering relationships and reaching to potential clients.
Leading & taking important decisions involving product advertising, packaging,
media channels and branding.
Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Managing and developing marketing Campaigns.
Overseeing Campaigns in Social Media.

And other prerequisites will be as follows :

Minimum Education of Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing or related sectors.
Good Communication Skills.
Command over both English and Nepali.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in writing so that others can easily understand.
