We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly motivated Marketing Officer / Manager to lead branding, digital marketing, and revenue-focused promotional initiatives. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving room occupancy, strengthening market positioning, and supporting long-term business growth in Nepal’s competitive hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
Promote Hotel Mandala Norling in domestic and international markets
Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns
Coordinate website content, SEO, OTA listings, and online promotions
Design seasonal packages, special offers, and promotional campaigns
Support sales team in corporate, travel agent, group, and MICE bookings
Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, airlines, and media
Manage brand communication in alignment with Lord’s Hotels & Resorts standards
Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback platforms
Analyze marketing performance, campaign ROI, and market trends
Represent the hotel at trade shows, tourism events, and networking forums
Coordinate PR activities, influencer collaborations, and promotional events

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing, hospitality sales, or tourism promotion
Strong understanding of hospitality branding, digital marketing, and revenue-driven campaigns
Knowledge of domestic and international tourism markets
Ability to align marketing activities with business growth and brand positioning goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
