Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Officer, who could be responsible and accountable for sales and promotion of company products to clients and oversee implementation of company’s marketing plan. As Marketing Officer, you must portray benefits to the client with sound and compelling approach integrated with brand image of company. You will require to convince prospective clients with genuine promise proposed and as warranted by company.

  • Comprehend company’s core value proposition and brand image and showcase same while presenting company’s offering to clients
  • Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
  • Participate in Strategic marketing planning and perform marketing activities aligned with plan
  • Attain marketing goals by achieving sales and distribution targets of the company for the period
  • Engage in promotion and distribution of company products
  • Meet with clients and convince them on benefits from company products
  • Guide sub-ordinates on proper undertaking of customer service jobs
  • Solicit reports, issues and problems from customer and resolve them by combined effort with Finance and IT/ Operation Department
  • Oversee smooth operation of service centre
  • Participate in studying Business Process Analysis and perform for deriving best Business Process Automation (BPA) approach to merchants to adopt company product and technologies
  • Perform all marketing program by keeping them within stipulated budget
  • Expand professional contact with third parties to fulfil their job requirements
  • Creatively support in making of company’s promotional campaign, events, program, advertisement content and establish relationship with media, platform provider and ad agency
  • Undertake necessary actions to promote and maintain social media and digital marketing approach for effective promotion of company product, brand and events
  • Oversee direct card sales and distribution
  • Record keeping of personal information collected through KYC form
  • Keep progress report of customer service centers and maintain periodic (daily/monthly) report of service centers
  • Manage subordinates effectively
  • Understand and able to run marketing activities of the company
