• Designing new products/packages
• Coordination with all existing clients for optimum service satisfaction
• Co ordination with other team member to create good working atmosphere
• Should be able to conduct hospital programs, health camps in the community

• Achievement of targeted business volumes
• Excellent communication skills, delivery skills and presentation skills
• Finding new and innovative ways for expanding into new markets and new lines of business
• Recommending and organizing marketing activities

Co-operative

• Responsible for timely, accurate and complete loan file submissions
• Educate and inform the customer of the terms of the loan
• Ensure loan applications are complete and correct
• Meet the applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
• Review and update credit and loan files
