Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and science-oriented Marketing Officer to promote our range of medical and laboratory products, including IVD solutions and diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, conducting product presentations, developing new business opportunities, and providing basic application support while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and market IVD products, laboratory instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at hospitals and laboratories.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide basic application training and product support to customers.
Prepare quotations, technical documents, and tender specifications.
Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's in Medical Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related Life Science discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Specialist, Application Support, or Business Development within the IVD, medical device, laboratory equipment, or healthcare industry.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali.
Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
Ability to explain technical and scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Note: Candidate must have a vehicle with a valid driving license.
