Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Officer with strong experience in project-based sales of construction materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent market knowledge, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project-based sales in construction materials
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct regular market visits and follow-ups

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:Less than 33 years

Other Specification

Graduate Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction materials, especially in project sales (hardware market and suppliers)
Proven experience in project sales and construction materials market
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel frequently, inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley
Self-motivated, reliable, and result-driven
