Rashova is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive sales in the luxury jewelry segment. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
Promote products/services through various online and offline channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain and grow relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Manage social media platforms and online presence
Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance
Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing materials
Participate in events, exhibitions, and outreach activities

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury, fashion, or jewelry marketing.
Expertise in social media management, digital ads, and SEO.
Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Proven ability to develop and manage campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
