The Senior Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's rice products, build brand awareness, and increase sales. This role involves managing campaigns, working closely with the sales team, and expanding the company's presence in both local and regional markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in agricultural marketing and a deep understanding of the food industry. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience, and competitors in the rice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy Development:

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience, and competitors in the rice industry.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion strategies.

2. Brand Promotion and Advertising:

Design and execute advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and packaging design.
Organize events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote the brand.

3. Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth by identifying and targeting new customers.
Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional offers to boost product demand.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to management.

4. Customer Engagement:

Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth product distribution.
Address customer queries and feedback related to product quality and availability.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights and improve service.

5. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and online marketing efforts.
Create engaging content related to rice production, health benefits, and recipes to attract consumers.
Use SEO and paid advertising to enhance online visibility.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness in the rice market.
