Job Overview:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for devising and executing marketing plans that showcase Genese Solution’s brand in the best light and increase audience engagement with our products and services. The successful applicant will have experience in UI/UX principles and WordPress content management and editing, as well as a proven history of achievements in digital marketing. This role requires both creative and analytical skills to effectively promote our brand and drive customer interaction across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at promoting Genese Solution’s products and services to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

UI/UX Design:

Design and optimize user interfaces and user experiences on our WordPress website, ensuring that they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and drive maximum user interaction.
Website Management:

• Manage and regularly update website content using the WordPress CRM, ensuring that all information is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand standards.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, providing insights to guide marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with development and design teams to ensure the website and other marketing materials achieve both functional and visual excellence, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Create, plan, and optimize content for various social media channels to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to our website.

Email Marketing:

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

Campaign Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.

Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that Genese Solution remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in WordPress, with hands-on experience in content management and website optimisation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms is desirable.
