About the job

We are looking for a creative Marketing Officer to join our team and play a key role in promoting our HR & Payroll Management Software. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and messages that effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions to our target audience. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our HR & Payroll Management Software, including digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and events. 
  • Create engaging and convincing marketing content such as blog posts, videos, and infographics to showcase the features, benefits, and use cases of our software. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales readiness materials, presentations, and product demonstrations that connect with prospects and clients. 
  • Manage and maintain our company website, social media platforms, and online presence to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. 
  • Plan and coordinate participation in events, conferences, webinars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build relationships with potential customers. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management. 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, HR technology, and the HR & payroll software industry. 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing roles, preferably in the software industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and convincing content. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools and email marketing software- MailChimp. 
  • Strong task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of HR technology or software solutions is a plus.
