Job Title: Marketing Officer (Event Planning & Execution)

Reports to: Brand Strategist 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with a primary focus on planning and managing events. This role includes overseeing all aspects of event coordination, ensuring successful event execution, and supporting broader marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in a guidance under Brand Strategist and other department heads.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external partners to ensure all logistical aspects of events are managed effectively.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

2. Event Execution:

  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown.
  • Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless event experience.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, utilizing various channels such as email marketing, social media, print, and digital advertising.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, press releases, and social media content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

4. Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, dealer development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of event objectives with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and industry influencers.

5. Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all event-related materials and activities.
  • Monitor and enhance brand perception through strategic event planning and execution.

6. Post-Event Analysis:

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, including attendee feedback, ROI analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, marketing, preferred in 2 wheeler company. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
