About the job

Job Descriptions:

Administrative Support:

Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.

Prepare and process real-estate government paperwork (Malpot, Naapi, Ward office, and so on) on a need basis within Kathmandu and other cities of Nepal.

Communication and Correspondence:

Liaison between agents, clients, and other involved parties

Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients regarding real estate transactions.

Property Listing and Marketing:

Create and update property listings for advertising purposes.

Coordinate marketing efforts for real estate listing, including online and offline strategies.

Compliance and Legal Assistance

Database Management

Transaction Coordination

Event Coordination

Research and Analysis

Field visit

Job Specification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with experience in a similar field.

Should have strong Communication Skills.

Good Project Management and Time Management Skills.

Must be Proactive, Self-initiative with Attention to detail.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Familiarity with real property management.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
