Job Description

  • Establish regular contact and engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
  • Develop marketing plan for the corporate segment in conjunction with Marketing Manager.
  • Visit to hospitals and other medical institutions within the valley and outside valley.
  • Create and maintain a database of referring doctors, hospitals, clinic, etc.
  • Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.
  • Report daily work, events, campaigns to the management.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and study competitors, partners and substitute products and services.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
  • Evaluate, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Plan and organize Initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase service and product promotion participation and doctors’ referrals.
  • Organize CMEs for promotion of the activities and services of the medical departments and specialties.
  • Track leads mediated through above CMEs, camps and seminars etc. to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the Hospital’s online marketing strategy with the objective of growing visitor’s number and conversions.
  • Writing content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines, keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of Hospital’s work.
  • Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, Twitter and You tube and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
  • Manage company website (including all images, tools and content).
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
