We are looking for experienced Marketing Officer to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support  and advance brand building.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be good leader, who is able to motivate and manage their teams to be of genuine value to entire business.
• Responsible for the promotion of products and service to help a business or brand grow its customer base.
• The duties of a marketing officer are vast and can include other areas of communication such as advertising, PR and event management.
• Generating new business leads.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations and production departments.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
• Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stake holders, and external and international agencies and vendors(like manufactures, clients)
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
• Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
• Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

Requirements

• Master’s in Business Administration or any relevant subjects required with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (English in most essential)
• Superb leadership, interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preference

• Candidate with 2-wheeler licenses. 
• Female are highly encouraged to apply.
• Age 25-40.
• Expert in MS office, Data Analysis and Graphic Designing.
