All the guest floors have been named after some of the famous peaks such as Everest,  Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu and Dhaulagiri. There are principally three types of apartments- Studio, One bedroom and Two bedroom suite which all have individual balcony.

Job Description

Suite Homes, a reputed serviced apartment hotel is seeking for a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing Manager with a versatile background in marketing, operations, and accounts with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, encompassing digital and traditional channels, to achieve organizational objectives and enhance brand visibility. 
  • Team Leadership: As a hands-on leader, you will manage staff, handle guest inquiries, and maintain high-quality standards. Lead and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and high-performance. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Operations Management: Efficiently manage day-to-day business operations, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and overall efficiency. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular performance reports and data-driven insights to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
