We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager (Healthcare & Medical Technology) to lead marketing, business development, and institutional sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, expand market presence, and promote healthcare products and solutions while building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Business Growth Strategies

Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing, sales, and business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across medical equipment, ophthalmic instruments, diagnostics, hospital consumables, healthcare technology, and related healthcare solutions.

2. Lead Business Development and Market Expansion

Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, eye care centers, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, healthcare institutions, government agencies, NGOs, INGOs, corporate healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders to expand market presence and customer base.

3. Manage Key Customer and Institutional Relationships

Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital management, procurement departments, biomedical engineers, clinicians, ophthalmologists, surgeons, healthcare administrators, and other decision-makers to support long-term business partnerships.

4. Drive Product Marketing and Portfolio Management

Develop and implement product positioning, branding, promotional campaigns, product launches, educational programs, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives to enhance product awareness, adoption, and market penetration.

5. Oversee Tender, Procurement, and Institutional Business Activities

Identify and monitor government, private sector, donor-funded, and institutional procurement opportunities; coordinate tender participation, bid preparation, technical documentation, compliance requirements, and contract negotiations to maximize business opportunities.

6. Conduct Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

Continuously analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, emerging technologies, pricing strategies, and industry developments to support informed business decisions and strategic planning.

7. Build Strategic Partnerships and Principal Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, technology partners, healthcare organizations, and international principals to strengthen the company's product portfolio, market position, and business opportunities.

8. Lead Marketing Communications and Brand Development

Manage digital marketing, social media presence, corporate communications, promotional materials, website content, public relations activities, and corporate branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and market credibility.

9. Ensure Performance Management, Reporting, and Team Leadership

Lead and mentor marketing and business development personnel, establish performance metrics and KPIs, prepare business forecasts and management reports, monitor marketing effectiveness and profitability, and ensure alignment of departmental activities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Core Objective of the Position

To drive business growth, strengthen market presence, develop strategic partnerships, expand institutional sales, enhance brand value, and achieve revenue targets by effectively managing marketing, sales support, business development, product promotion, tender participation, and customer relationship activities across the healthcare, medical equipment, ophthalmic, diagnostic, consumable, and healthcare technology sectors.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the healthcare, medical equipment, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills with healthcare institutions and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools, with willingness to travel as required for business development.
