Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Officer to strengthen our referral network and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for field-based relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Visit specialist doctors, including Neurologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Oncologists, and other consultants, to promote the organization's healthcare services.
Develop and maintain long-term referral relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Identify, approach, and onboard new referral partners, including hospitals, clinics, schools, hotels, and corporate organizations.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to introduce the organization's healthcare solutions.
Plan and execute daily field visits while achieving assigned outreach and relationship-building targets.
Maintain accurate records of client visits, referrals, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic business development initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and partner satisfaction.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years experience. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
