Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and principles.
Plan and oversee sales campaigns, including organizing marketing programs and events.
Ensure all social media accounts and the company website are current and engaging.
Formulate and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and audience preferences.
Create and publish engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates consistent with the brand’s voice.
Collaborate effectively with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor return on investment (ROI).
Track and analyze campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on brand health.
Communicate brand strategies and messages clearly to a wide range of audiences.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum requirement).
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Prior experience in marketing or brand management is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary: NPR 35,000 – 50,000 (Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates)
