Job Description

Thulo.Com is seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our marketing campaigns, driving the growth of our brands, and promoting our B2B services, sellers, brands, and their products and services. You will manage social media platforms, coordinate campaigns, and analyse performance metrics to ensure successful strategies focused on generating quality leads. This role demands an innovative thinker who can work independently, with strong leadership, communication, analytical, and grammar skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage digital/ non-digital marketing campaigns to promote Thulo.Com’s brand, sellers, and products.
  • Drive lead generation strategies that bring in high-quality leads to boost conversions.
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum ROI and engagement.
  • Identify and leverage industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead the team in brainstorming new marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage special projects like partnerships and promotional events.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Work independently to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation, especially for IT based products.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Personal Skills:

  • Highly creative, with excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Strong wordsmith skills with excellent grammar.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
