Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. 
  • Oversee creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. - Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. 
  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand and market reputation. 
  • Oversee content creation for various platforms. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for content production. 
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques. 
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide reports. 
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives. 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree  is a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing  campaigns and strategy implementation. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social  media, email marketing, and content management systems. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills & creative thinker with the ability to innovate and think outside the box. 
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team. 
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills. 
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and  marketing automation platforms.
