The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with founding team. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and snapchat.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Work alongside with CEO, CTO and COO to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Assist with influencer partnerships, including outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
  • Support the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform social media strategies and tactics.
  • Execution of marketing, branding and communications efforts, to include, but not limited to, specific marketing channels (content, social media, SEO, website, events, videos, public relations, and other as specified), initiatives, tasks and special assignments.
  • Support in project managing marketing initiatives as assigned on a day-to-day basis across various key marketing channels.
  • Ability to write compelling blog posts and articles on relevant topics to attract and engage our audience.
  • Assist in creating email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain content calendars/folders, project timelines, marketing tools and other marketing items.
  • Ability to optimise and update Website
  • Other assigned projects and tasks – as assigned

Qualifications

Essential experience:

  • 1-2+ year experience in marketing domain
  • Experience in running Ad campaigns in FB&INS-Meta ads manager, X, & LinkedIn
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Experience in Social Media Management tools; SocialPilot, Hubspot, Hootsuite, HypeAuditor & CoSchedule (Any of the above)
  • Experience in analysing and reporting
  • Ability to work on International timings if required; UK, France & Nepal
  • Experience in Microsoft 365, mainly Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand different dialects of Nepali language
  • Should be fluent in English and Nepali
  • Ability to learn things quickly
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desirable experience:

  • Experienced in PowerPoint Presentation
  • Experienced in content creation
  • Basic understanding of Video & Picture editing through softwares
  • Should be an excellent story teller
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experienced in Influencer marketing
  • Excellent time management skills
