Position Objectives:

The Marketing Manager at Kangaroo Education Foundation (KEF) is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business goals and objectives. This role oversees the marketing team, ensuring optimal performance of offline and online marketing platforms and integration with overall organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning both offline and online initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop annual/quarterly/monthly marketing plans supporting student placement goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive marketing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Respond quickly to policy changes impacting marketing strategies.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee the implementation of all marketing campaigns, covering email marketing, social media, events, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Use data analytics to measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness, making adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Utilize CRM & other tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and track qualified leads generated per destination.

Lead Generation & Management:

  • Lead and manage all new lead generation activities effectively.
  • Identify new opportunities and innovations for lead generation and marketing activities.

Content Marketing & Branding:

  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
  • Provide innovative and creative solutions to meet marketing content requirements within budget constraints.
  • Manage the development and production of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing channels.

Event Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute marketing activities to support successful operation of KEF events.
  • Organize and manage events for all offices, and actively participate to generate business opportunities.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Work with external vendors and partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure outputs from third parties are delivered on time and meet agreed briefs.
  • Build and manage effective relationships with relevant third parties to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with vendors and agencies to enhance business success through marketing initiatives.

Team Management & Reporting:

  • Supervise and guide the marketing team to ensure cohesive efforts and achievement of objectives.
  • Maintain records of merchandising store and marketing materials.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical and legal standards in marketing practices.
