Job Description

Wendy House School is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the school's marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to creatively promote the school's brand. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in increasing enrollment, enhancing the school's visibility, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the school's programs and activities.
  • Manage the school's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Create and execute campaigns to attract new students and increase enrollment.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Organize and coordinate events, open houses, and other promotional activities to engage prospective students and their families.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, alumni, and the local community.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and address inquiries from prospective parents.
  • Take vision & mission from chairperson and principal to align the marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media management and online advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
