  • The position needs minimum 5-8 years experience in a marketing position in a reputed organization specially in Automobiles, spare parts and Locomotive batteries.
  • The candidate should have the good leadership skills and should be dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytical, innovative and goal oriented. 
  • The candidate needs to involve in aspects of marketing, including: planning, advertising, promotion, public /media relations, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research. 

Job Description

  • Ensure sales achievement as per Annual Budget Plan and target. ( Both quarterly/annual)
  • Improve product availability in coordination with Principal and trade .
  • Improve customer satisfaction through better coverage, service and monitoring.
  • Ensure agreed marketing and sales plan/policy/promotion/warranty with all concern.
  • Standardize product specification, customer service and training needs.
  • Formulate and execute Brand building plan/ program/ formulate pricing, promotion, warranty management for the market.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with internal & external customers for smooth execution of planned targets,
  • Improve market feedback system and intelligence.
  • Participate in all Govt. Tenders by applying business tactics.
  • Prepare of 3 year’s strategic business plan and ABP in line with company objectives and getting that approved.
  • The role is often challenging, varied and exciting.
