We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager for our Concrete Admixture Products division. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Concrete Admixture Products to customers and prospective customers. This position will require a combination of marketing expertise and technical knowledge of concrete admixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Concrete Admixture Products. This includes identifying target customers, creating marketing materials, and working with the sales team to implement marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research: The Marketing Manager will conduct market research to identify new trends, emerging markets, and customer needs. This will require gathering data on customer preferences and feedback, as well as analyzing industry trends and market data.
Develop product positioning: The Marketing Manager will develop product positioning strategies for our Concrete Admixture Products. This includes identifying unique selling points and competitive advantages, and creating messaging that effectively communicates these benefits to customers.
Manage advertising and promotional activities: The Marketing Manager will manage advertising and promotional activities for our Concrete Admixture Products. This includes coordinating the production of marketing materials, managing advertising campaigns, and overseeing promotional events.
Provide technical support: The Marketing Manager will provide technical support to customers and internal teams. This includes answering technical questions, providing product information, and conducting product demonstrations.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical knowledge of concrete admixtures and the construction industry is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
