Minimum Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management/ Business Studies/ or relevant degree from recognized university/ institution.  
  • At least 7 years of experience in general marketing management (as marketing generalist) with no less than 3 year of experience in leading position. 
  • Must have leadership traits and have experiences in developing marketing strategy as a team leader. 
  • Fluency in English and Nepali Languages
  • Expected Competency
  • Core Competencies: Reporting and Analysis, Channel Management, Implementation of promotion tools, Content and Brand Management. 
  • Managerial Competency: Creativity, Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership, Team Work

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the top-level management in creating & finalizing monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing calendar and business strategies. 
  • Create KPI of the marketing campaigns and regular monitoring of the same in terms of achievement and process.
  • Comparative Analysis and Reporting of Sales Trend to create and manage the marketing budget in monthly and quarterly basis
  • Coordination between cross departmental functions such as Operation, IT, Finance etc. 
  • Coordination between brand and delivery aggregators in terms of marketing excellence and marketing activities of the aggregators. 
  • Manage the digital space of the brand including and not limited to Social Media Accounts, Website and Website Contents, Aggregators Application and other digital spaces as necessary
  • Understand the marketing trend within the digital spaces and make changes to the digital space as and when required.
  • Act as a Liaison between the Company and Agencies. 
  • Conduct marketing research/survey on the behalf of the company in Nepalese marketplace.
