• To handle all marketing and business development activities to promote services in niche segment.
• Recruitment, Training and Monitoring of team members as required.
• Budget management and Target Setting. To deliver all marketing activity within the defined budget very FIRMLY achieving business TARGET.
• To plan and firmly implement sales and marketing policy for defined segment
• To promote, marketing and keep good relationship with existing and potential customer/ merchant.

Job Specification:    

• Minimum 5  years of working experience required in the field of sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication/ writing skills in English and team leading capability
• Must have good Public Relation in the market with corporate people.
• Experience, skill and confidence to take independent responsibility to analyze, supervise and monitor aggressive sales, distribution and marketing plans. 
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing 
• strategies to meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Knowledge in IT related products/ services marketing will be an added advantage.
• The successful applicant should be accountable for the strategic direction and growth of the company as well as active management of daily business activities.
