We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing, business development, and promotional activities across our hospitality and entertainment properties located in Pokhara, Janakpur, and Kathmandu.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with tourism and business partners, driving customer footfall, and managing digital marketing activities. The candidate will also coordinate with external marketing agencies and gradually build and lead an in-house marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies across all properties.
Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, and other business partners.
Explore new business opportunities and partnerships, particularly within the Indian, Chinese, and domestic tourism markets.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and events.
Manage and coordinate with external marketing agencies and ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, WhatsApp, WeChat, paid campaigns, and content promotion.
Monitor marketing performance, customer footfall, and campaign results, and report on ROI.
Develop customer retention and promotional initiatives to increase repeat visits.
Represent the company at relevant tourism, business, and trade events.
Build and lead an in-house marketing team as the business expands.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years in marketing and/or business development, with senior leadership experience.
Strong on-the-ground business development and relationship-building, with a proven ability to bring in business through partnerships.
Hospitality, casino, tourism or entertainment experience strongly preferred.
Deep familiarity with the Indian tourist market; experience with or access to the Chinese tourist market a strong advantage.
Able to direct digital marketing (agency or in-house) — understands digital even if not executing it personally.
Strong network in the travel, tourism and hospitality trade is a major advantage.
Willing to travel constantly between Pokhara, the border areas, Janakpur and Kathmandu.
Fluent in Nepali and Hindi (essential for the Indian market and agents); English required. Chinese (Mandarin) a nice-to-have.
