Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube content.
Develop witty captions, reels, and short-form videos around internet, technology, and lifestyle.
Turn technical features like WiFi speed, fiber internet, and gaming performance into easy-to-understand stories.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments from events and office activities.
Campaign & Brand Support
Assist in planning digital campaigns for new internet packages and promotional offers.
Brainstorm creative campaign concepts inspired by trending topics and cultural moments.
Support product launches with fresh content ideas and visual storytelling.
Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
Community & Influencer Engagement
Identify local creators and campus influencers for collaboration opportunities.
Engage with customers through comments and social media conversations.
Track online conversations and identify viral opportunities.
Market Research
Research competitor campaigns from ISPs and telecom brands.
Monitor digital marketing trends, memes, and consumer behavior.
Prepare simple reports with creative recommendations.
Event Marketing
Support college activations, roadshows, and promotional events.
Capture live content during events.
Assist with campaign logistics and promotional materials.
