Responsibilities

• Create and manage surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires to gather data.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
• Assist teams in planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives.
• Perform administrative duties to support the marketing and business development team, including preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
• Assist in developing strategies to attract new business, including identifying and qualifying leads.
• Help manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
