Job Description

Machinery Solutions Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (MSN) is a leading supplier of woodworking machinery, spare parts, and raw materials for plywood, furniture, and wood product manufacturing industries. We also market our own brand of industrial adhesives – MSN ADHEFIX – across Nepal.

We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Marketing Executive with experience in industrial, hardware, plywood, or adhesive sales to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell MSN’s range of woodworking machinery, spare parts, and adhesives to clients across Nepal.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with the support of the management team.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team.

2. Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

3. Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and update a client database, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and industry partners.
  • Gather customer insights and provide feedback to improve products and strategies.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and other teams for smooth order processing.
  • Travel extensively outside the valley for market visits, client meetings, and expansion activities.
  • Assist in sourcing raw materials, product development, or process improvements when required.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare visit reports and promotional activity summaries.
  • Support digital marketing efforts (e.g., website updates, online listings).
