Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handling incoming and outgoing calls
Generate leads and follow up
Welcome visitors
Maintain Diary and logbook
Communicate with clients and students (both prospect and existing)
Maintain good relationship with customers
Co-ordinate with trainer and students
know the class routine and deliver message to the students
Keep official social media page updated
Writing email and email marketing
Provide correct information to the leads and address their queries
Other task assigned by company

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:Less than 25 years

Other Specification

2 Years of work experience as a marketing assistant in Training institute
Bachelor degree completed (running also can apply)
Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms. Office and Ms. PowerPoint
Good personality and positive & professional attitude
Good written and verbal communication (Both Nepali and English)
Positive body language
Time management and multi-tasking
Customer service orientation
